Pelican - Small Repairs - Service Department.
Pelican Products offer limited lifetime warranties on most of their protective case line. If your product was damaged due to the integrity of the case - please contact Pelican directly through their warranty process - More info / form below.
For small repairs such as latches, handles, wheels etc. We may be able to assist you. Please visit our showroom with damaged Pelican case, so that we may inspect it prior to submitting warranty claims.
*Please note, this is a not a warranty service - we reserve the right to charge for any repair components, and labor needed to complete this process. Charges will be made known, prior to repair service. *

Return Policy
Our return policy is that all returns must be new, unused and in their original packaging including all original hardware and instructions. Returned items must be in a re-salable condition. Customer must call in or email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 10 days of receipt of products. Upon inspection, any items showing wear, damage, modification, or signs of being installed will not be eligible for credit without a re-stocking fee. If there is a problem with the merchandise, we will repair or replace the item at no charge. If there is no problem, found with the product and it is returned there will be a 15% restocking fee for stock items and a 25% fee for special order items. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Again, please call or email prior to returning your order, we ask that you include a printed copy of you order in the box to help speed up the credit transaction. UPS, FEDEX, or USPS is recommended for tracking your return to SWPS.com. Write the Return Authorization Number in bold print on the outside of the box and return to:
